MARINA CAPIZZI

Management and evolutionary organizational Consultant, HR and Executive Coach with ICF International Certification, speaker, author.

I have been collaborating with many consultant firms (Cegos, Mip, Ambrosetti, Newton, and GSO Company where I was CEO).

I have been working with CEOs and top managers for many years.

Together with my clients, I build paths to make culture, people and the whole organization thrive. In other words, what makes businesses evolve.

In the same way as my colleagues of PRIMATE, I tap into neuroscience and new organizational approaches such as Agile, Teal, Holacracy….

I love writing, and together with Lia Piano I guide companies’ organizational change projects using  storytelling tools.

I have published many articles, mostly on the Gruppo24Ore newspapers, as well as the book “Il salto di qualità dei numeri uno”, Gruppo24Ore, 2013, preface of Meo Martini, President of Assolombarda.

Together with Tiziano Capelli, I have signed the preface to the Italian edition of “Sense&Respond”, J. Gothelf and J. Seiden, Harvard Business Review Press / gueriniNEXT, 2018 and the preface of the Italian edition of “Fearless organization / Organizzazioni senza paura”, Amy Edmondson, Harvard Business Press /F. Angeli, September 2020.

I confess…

I am more and more attracted by “where” supply and demand meet. Vital places for companies, where people can get back to the sense and the strength of their purpose.

I write, think and create with my clients.

Together, we evolve.
